At KolikShop (operated by KOLICO), we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order for any reason, we offer a straightforward 30-day return and refund policy.
30-Day Return Policy
You may return most new, unopened items sold by KolikShop within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items must be in their original condition — unused, undamaged, and in original packaging. Personalized or final-sale items are not eligible for returns.
How to Request a Return
To initiate a return, please contact us at info@kolikshop.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and reason for return. Once approved, we will provide instructions for returning the item. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of receiving the returned item. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
