1. Processing Times
Orders are typically processed within 1 – 2 business days (Monday – Friday). Orders placed on weekends will begin processing on the following Monday.
2. Methods & Carriers
We ship exclusively within the US using carriers like USPS, FedEx, and UPS. You can choose your preferred speed at checkout:
- Standard: 3 – 5 business days
- Expedited: 1 – 2 business days
3. Shipping Fees
- Free Standard Shipping on orders over $50 USD
- Flat-Rate Standard: $5.99 USD
- Flat-Rate Expedited: $15.00 USD
Note that exact rates are calculated and shown at checkout based on your delivery address. All prices are in USD.
4. Order Tracking
Once exported, you will receive a tracking link via email to monitor your package's transit journey.
5. Shipping Restrictions
We currently only ship within the US. We do not deliver to PO Boxes or international locations at this time.
6. Lost or Damaged Packages
If your toys arrive damaged, contact us at info@kolikshop.com within 48 hours with photos of the package damage.
7. Address Changes
Please ensure your address is accurate. We cannot guarantee changes once processing begins.
8. Holiday/Season Delays
Allow extra transit time during peak seasons and holidays as carrier delays are frequent.
